About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Associate Manager to lead our Install Scheduling team and ensure our customers receive exceptional service. In this role, you will balance operational rigor with people leadership, driving both team performance and outstanding customer experiences. What You’ll Do

Operational Leadership

  • Monitor service level performance, escalation queues, and productivity metrics
  • Align staffing with workload and service demand
  • Review dashboards and identify potential performance risks
  • Approve timecards and manage attendance records
  • Escalate systemic issues and implement corrective solutions

Performance Management & Coaching

  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team coaching sessions
  • Deliver data-driven feedback and quality assurance reviews
  • Develop and manage improvement plans when needed
  • Recognize and reinforce high-performance behaviors

Team Leadership & Engagement

  • Lead team meetings and skill development initiatives
  • Maintain consistent presence on the floor during peak periods
  • Foster accountability, fairness, and psychological safety
  • Address behavioral and performance concerns promptly

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with field teams, sales, and other departments to improve scheduling processes
  • Provide actionable feedback to drive better customer outcomes
