• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform exams, restorations, extractions, and treatment planning

• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care

Who We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Utah dental license (or eligibility)
• Strong interest in comprehensive general dentistry
• Excellent communication and case presentation skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
• Growth mindset with interest in future partnership

Compensation & Long-Term Opportunity

About the Practice & Support Model

Downtown Dental partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization. Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources so the doctor and clinical team can stay focused on patient care, collaboration, and creating a positive work environment.

This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Downtown Dental, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.
