At Revere Health, we believe there is a better path to healing and healthcare maintenance—and we’re working toward that mission one patient at a time. As a national leader in value-based care, we are committed to improving outcomes, enhancing the patient experience, and keeping healthcare costs down.

Our culture is built on Accountability, Collaboration, and Excellence, and we believe every employee plays an important role in our success.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Clinical Applications Trainer to join our team and help clinical staff get the most out of the technology they use every day.

In this role, you will design and deliver engaging training that helps clinical teams confidently and effectively use Revere Health's clinical applications. You will work closely with clinical teams and internal departments to understand workflows, support system changes, and ensure employees are prepared when new applications, features, or updates are introduced.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching, technology, problem-solving, and working directly with people in a healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain training materials, courses, competency assessments, and clinical workflows.
  • Deliver software training to new and existing clinical staff.
  • Partner with clinical teams to support workflow improvements and system implementations.
  • Provide on-site support and troubleshoot clinical application questions and issues.
  • Respond to user questions through phone, email, and support tickets.
  • Provision new clinical users for specialized training.
  • Adapt training methods to different learning styles and clinical needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training, workflows, and the user experience.

Qualifications

  • Education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Preferred areas of study include:
    • Healthcare
    • Adult Education
    • Clinical Informatics
    • Communications
    • Human Resources
    • Information Management
  • Two years of education or training experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn complex software and explain it in a clear, practical way.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHRs).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a clinical environment.

Why Revere Health?

At Revere Health, your work has a purpose.

The training you provide doesn't simply help someone learn a software program—it helps a clinical team work more efficiently, supports better workflows, and ultimately allows our caregivers to focus on what matters most: their patients.

If you are passionate about healthcare, technology, education, and helping people succeed, we would love to have you join Revere Health.

Your expertise can help make it possible.
