About the Role

We are looking to hire guides who will be responsible for leading a studio of 15-20 students, designing and facilitating learning experiences, and building a strong, values-driven culture. This role blends teaching, coaching, and leadership. 


These roles are ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the education sector who are looking to be part of an innovative educational organization and develop further in their career. We have openings in all 3 of our campuses.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a studio of students through daily learning experiences
  • Track student progress using academic data and deliver 1:1 coaching / instruction 
  • Design and prepare learning experiences (projects, writing, discussions, exhibitions, events)
  • Communicate regularly with families about student progress and key events
  • Build a strong studio culture focused on ownership, respect, and accountability

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field - Education or STEM majors preferred
  • 2-3+ years of teaching experience, preferably with elementary-age children 
  • Strong reliability, organization, and attention to detail
  • Lead classroom experience is significantly more valuable than assistant roles

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: $40,000-$60,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
  • Schedule: Full-time (8:00am–4:00pm)
  • 10-month school year, with June as a working month and July off
  • Paid holidays and school breaks
