About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer with hands-on experience in HTML to help us maintain, optimize, and elevate the Atonom website. This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who wants to gain real-world experience in B2B tech while sharpening design and development skills.

You’ll collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to launch new pages, enhance performance, and ensure a seamless, high-quality web experience across devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the Atonom website in Webflow (layouts, copy, interactions, CMS content).
• Partner with design and marketing to implement new landing pages, campaign assets, and A/B tests.
• Ensure visual consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across the site.
• Support ongoing performance improvements (site speed, SEO basics, UI/UX refinements).
• Document and streamline internal workflows for website updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with responsive design principles and modern web layout systems.
• Strong eye for design and understanding of UX best practices.
• Basic SEO knowledge, HTML/CSS, or experience with Figma handoffs.
• A growth mindset, open to feedback, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
