Job Responsibilities

As a Cook at Red Robin, you will prepare ingredients, cook menu items to standard, and ensure food quality and safety.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare ingredients and set up your station for efficient service
- Cook and plate menu items following recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet guest needs and maintain service flow
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team player with good communication skills

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour - $17.50 per hourÂ

Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
