*This position is specifically hiring for 4-5 shifts a week. Weekday swing shifts (4pm to 12am) and Weekend day or swing shifts (9am to 4pm or 4pm to 12am)*

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be a positive role model and mentor
• Lead groups, activities, and real-life skill building
• Support clients through challenges and growth moments
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Drive clients to appointments, outings, and activities
• Work closely with a team that truly cares

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ with a clean driving record (van driving required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in caregiving or mental health preferred (not required)
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
