This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.' Mission Finding Analysts are lead support level, individual contributors. This role supports social media advertising by creating and evaluating audience inclusions and exclusions to increase the likelihood that referrals can attend Church and ensure every missionary companionship receives an optimal number of referrals.
