CBC USA is building a world-class ammunition manufacturing facility in Pryor, Oklahoma, and we are seeking a Facilities & Infrastructure Engineering Manager to help bring that vision to life.
As one of the earliest members of our leadership team, this role will partner directly with the CEO and external architects, engineers, contractors, and equipment suppliers throughout the design, construction, commissioning, and startup of our new manufacturing campus. Following construction, this individual will assume ownership of all facility infrastructure, utilities, maintenance strategy, and future capital improvements.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced engineering professional who enjoys building systems, solving complex problems, and creating long-term infrastructure from the ground up. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable working in strategic planning meetings and on the manufacturing floor, ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Greenfield Facility Development
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner with executive leadership, architects, engineering firms, and contractors throughout the design and construction of CBC USA's manufacturing facility.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide technical input on facility layout, utility systems, maintainability, and long-term operational efficiency.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for facility- related capital projects
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure facility designs meet manufacturing, operational, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee installation, commissioning, startup, validation, and turnover of all facility infrastructure and utility systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, compressed air, water systems, etc.)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate successful transition from construction to full manufacturing operations.
Facilities & Utilities Management
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and maintain reliable operation of all building infrastructure, including:
o聽聽 Electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, compressed air systems, process and domestic water systems, wastewater, natural gas distribution, fire protection systems, building automation, emergency power systems, plumbing and building infrastructure
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establish facility maintenance standards, procedures, and documentation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical utilities supporting manufacturing.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of facility and infrastructure issues.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop lifecycle replacement strategies for major facility assets.
Capital Projects & Continuous Improvement
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead facility capital planning, budgeting, and execution for infrastructure improvements and future expansion.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify opportunities to improve reliability, capacity, energy efficiency, and operating costs.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support manufacturing engineering teams during equipment installation and facility expansion projects.
Vendor & Contractor Management
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, equipment suppliers, and utility providers.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Negotiate service agreements and oversee contractor performance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure construction and maintenance activities are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate OEM support, warranty claims, and long-term service contracts.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead contractor safety expectations in partnership with the EHS function.
Documentation & Compliance
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate documentation for facility systems, layouts, and maintenance records
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, and inspections
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility systems
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ years of experience in facilities engineering within a manufacturing environment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience supporting or leading new facility construction or major expansion projects strongly preferred
Technical Skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and industrial utilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Project management experience, including budgeting and scheduling
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, electrical one-line diagrams, and facility layouts.

Preferred Qualifications:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in greenfield or brownfield facility builds

Travel Requirements
This position requires occasional international travel, approximately two to three trips per year, with individual trips lasting one to two weeks. Travel will primarily support collaboration with CBC's global manufacturing operations, equipment suppliers, and engineering teams during facility development and startup.
