We're looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with our Director of Nursing in leading clinical excellence, developing staff, and creating a positive environment where residents and employees thrive. What You'll Do Support the daily operations of the Nursing Department and assist the Director of Nursing in achieving clinical and operational excellence. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff while fostering teamwork and accountability. Ensure high-quality resident care through regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical oversight. Assist with staffing, orientation, performance management, and employee development. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes. Support survey readiness, infection prevention, and quality assurance initiatives. Step into the Director of Nursing role when needed. What We're Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado. Leadership experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
