We’re hiring Construction Laborers to join our foundation repair crews. No experience needed—we train you. This is a hands-on role with year-round work, real equipment, and a clear path to advancement. If you show up, work hard, and want more than just a job, we’ll give you the opportunity to grow.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Start at our Pueblo West yard, load up, and head to the job site
Work with your crew installing foundation repair systems
Learn to run equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and hydraulic drive heads
Complete the job, clean up, and head back to the yard

What You’ll Get

4-day work week (Mon–Thurs, 10-hour shifts) – most Fridays off

What We’re Looking For

Able to lift 70+ lbs and perform physical work

Requirements

Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay
$20.00 – $24.00 starting per hour (based on experience)
