Job DetailsJob Location: Pueblo, CO 81001Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 HourlySUMMARY: 聽 Provides routine maintenance, janitorial, and general labor tasks across company facilities. This role focuses on hands-on work including cleaning, basic repairs, grounds upkeep, and assisting with facility and vehicle maintenance needs. The position supports a safe, clean, and functional environment for staff and patients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 路 Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and trash removal in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. 路 Maintain facility cleanliness standards on a daily basis 路 Complete basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and upkeep of equipment and fixtures 路 Assist with groundskeeping including mowing, trimming, raking, and debris removal 路 Support upkeep and organization of storage areas, maintenance rooms, and supplies 路 Monitor facilities for safety hazards and report issues to the maintenance supervisor 路 Assist with vehicle upkeep and including cleaning, basic checks, and coordinating maintenance needs 路 Perform basic labor tasks such as moving equipment, setting up rooms, and assiting with facility needs 路 Replenish supplies such as paper goods, soap, and cleaning materials 路 Assist with fire extinguisher checks and general safety compliance tasks 路 Follow all safety procedures and organizational policies 聽 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 聽 N/A QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. 聽 Experience: Previous experience in janitorial, maintenance, or general labor work preferred. 聽 Other Requirements: 路 Valid driver鈥檚 license and insurability preferred 路 Ability to follow instructions and work independently 路 Basic understanding of computers, tools, and cleaning equipment 路 Reliable and consistent attendance 聽 PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 路 Regular lifting up to 50 lbs 路 Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching 路 Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods 路 Use of basic tools and cleaning equipment 聽 Reasonable accomodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. 聽 WORK ENVIRONMENT: 路 Work is performed both indoors and outdoors 路 Exposure to cleaning chemicals, weather conditions, and typical maintenance environments 路 Moderate noise levels depending on tasks We offer a competitive salary and an excellent package of benefits:聽 Student Loan Forgiveness (certain restrictions apply) Medical (up to 70% paid by employer).
