Physical Therapist (PT) - Experienced Clinician

What Your Day Looks Like  

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.  Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% of their day.  

What We're Offering  

Compensation options  

Salary ($90,000–$120,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($72 to $85/billed hour, $90 per evaluation). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.  

Schedule flexibility and time off  

Four- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and flexible schedules! We've built options around the reality that experienced clinicians have full lives outside of work.

• $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure

What You Need  

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program 

• Colorado DORA PT license, or eligible to obtain 

• 5+ years of experience
