Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ā
Ā
- Travel across the region to provide exceptional clinical services to clients and their families in multiple clinics to ensureĀ optimalĀ progress.āÆĀ
- The RBT FloaterĀ is responsible forĀ providing as-needed coverage to our Clinical teams. The purpose of this role is to reduce clinical session cancellations.āÆĀ
- Demonstrate high treatment integrity across all programming implementations, including both skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.āÆĀ
- Demonstrate high treatment integrity scores (i.e., >90%)āÆāÆĀ
- DemonstrateĀ accurateĀ data collection, including Inter Observer Agreement (IOA)āÆāÆĀ
- Ensure client documents and materials are organized, accessible, and in compliance withĀ expectationsāÆāÆĀ
- Focus on collaboration and communication with ABA team members and other Interdisciplinary service providers, to ensure the mastery, generalization, and maintenance of skills.āÆāÆĀ
- Respond appropriately to feedback asĀ indicatedĀ in the RBT competency assessment and apply feedbackĀ in a timely mannerĀ to continually provide exceptional services to clients.āÆĀ
- Demonstrate effective communication and professional interpersonal skills toĀ facilitateĀ effective therapeutic rapport with families and a team-oriented model with other service providers and team members.āÆĀ
- Complete all clinical documentation correctly andĀ in a timely mannerĀ toĀ facilitateĀ effective client care.āÆāÆĀ
- Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments under the supervision of the BCBAās.āÆĀ
- Collaborate with treatment team includingĀ client,Ā parentsĀ and caregivers, outside professionals, BCBA, Lead Behavior Technicians, ABA Interns, and co-workers.āÆāÆĀ
- Maintain andĀ acquireĀ technical knowledge by attending required training.āÆāÆĀ

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)āÆĀ
- A minimum of a HS Diploma, bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field such as Education or Speech Therapy is preferred.āÆāÆĀ
- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification isĀ required.āÆāÆĀ
- If the applicant does not have a bachelorās degree, it is preferred they have at least two years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis andĀ appropriate qualifications.āÆāÆĀ
- BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.āÆāÆĀ
- Crisis Management training (e.g., Safety Care) certification or willingness to obtain.āÆāÆĀ
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted and effectively maintainĀ close proximityĀ to clients at all times (e.g., run after a client if needed to maintain no more than threeĀ feetĀ proximity).āÆāÆĀ
- Must be able to travel toĀ different locationsĀ within the Colorado Springs area.āÆĀ

Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to sit for 1ā2 hours and stand or walk for 4ā6 hours daily. Frequent bending and occasional carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have precise motor function with both hands.
