What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team
  • Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
  • Complete case management and documentation consistent with department standards

What We Offer

  • Salary: $86,600 to $122,000/year or Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $36 to $45/billed visit, $120 per evaluation
  • Clinical Fellows: $38.33/hour
  • Compensation flexibility: Choose between salaried or pay-per-billed-hour models

What You'll Need

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA CCC-SLP, or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Colorado DORA SLP license, or eligible to obtain
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Pediatric experience preferred, CFY candidates and new grads welcome!

Physical Requirements Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
