As a Cook I, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes while upholding the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety. This position is ideal for a skilled cook who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury kitchen environment and takes pride in craftsmanship.Â

What you will do:Â
Prepare and cook menu items according to Four Seasons recipes, standards, and presentation guidelinesÂ
Ensure all food is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detailÂ
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety and sanitation standardsÂ
Properly handle, store, and rotate food products to ensure freshness and minimize wasteÂ
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operationsÂ
Assist with prep work, mise en place, and banquet or event production as neededÂ
Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies at all timesÂ

What you will bring: Â
Previous experience as a Cook I or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environmentÂ
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practicesÂ
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standardsÂ
Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityÂ
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysÂ
A team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitudeÂ
