Hours & Pay
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm. Overtime as needed on Fridays.
Pay Range: $16.00-$20.00/hr.

Position Summary:
This position supports multiple departments—including Production, Circuits, Parts & Service, and R&D—by fulfilling their cabling needs. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting quality and ensuring the efficient production of all products in alignment with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret build manuals to ensure product accuracy and quality
- Cut wire to specified lengths as outlined in build instructions
- Strip wires to correct measurements
- Crimp wires using proper terminals and verify secure connections
- Accurately stuff connectors per manual specifications
- Harness and bundle wires/cables as required
- Perform testing on harnesses and wires as needed
- Assemble kits in an efficient and timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the line promptly
- Provide feedback to maintain and improve build manual accuracy
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate cable quality concerns to appropriate teams
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Care for and maintain tooling and equipment
Tools & Equipment:
- Proficient in the use of hand tools
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing setting with frequent exposure to mechanical parts, airborne particles, and electrical components
- Moderate noise levels
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to read and understand safety rules, manuals, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience working independently and collaboratively
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changes and resolve issues efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, and climb for extended periods
- Use of hands for handling wires and tools
- Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, as well as depth perception and focus adjustment
- Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs; frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs
