How you'll contribute

A Certified Surgical Technician who excels in this role:Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment

  • Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
  • Set up the operating room prior to procedures
  • Assist surgeons during procedures (passing instruments, maintaining sterile field)
  • Ensure all surgical supplies are available and accounted for
  • Monitor patient safety and maintain infection control standards
  • Clean and restock operating rooms after procedures

What we’re looking for

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a physician office, clinic, or hospital setting preferred.

Certifications

  • Certified Surgical Technician required from a nationally recognized organization (AST, NBSTSA, NHA)
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
  • Handle with Care certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
