How you'll contribute

A Certified Surgical Technician who excels in this role:Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment

Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
Set up the operating room prior to procedures
Assist surgeons during procedures (passing instruments, maintaining sterile field)
Ensure all surgical supplies are available and accounted for
Monitor patient safety and maintain infection control standards
Clean and restock operating rooms after procedures

What we’re looking for

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

Previous experience in a physician office, clinic, or hospital setting preferred.

Certifications

Certified Surgical Technician required from a nationally recognized organization (AST, NBSTSA, NHA)
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Handle with Care certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
