Hours & Pay
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm. Overtime as needed on Fridays.
Pay Range: $16.00-$20.00/hr.

Position Summary
Assemble surface mount and through-hole components onto circuit boards by following Bills of Materials (BOMs) and standard procedures. Perform hand soldering using soldering irons, de-soldering tools, or a Selective Solder machine. Program IC chips or circuit boards for the correct game and test for proper functionality.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small components onto circuit boards following detailed proceduresÂ
- Pull and verify parts required for each jobÂ
- Perform hand soldering using soldering irons or portable hand toolsÂ
- Clean workpieces and soldering equipment using appropriate chemical solutionsÂ
- Operate Selective Solder equipment, including changing PCB programsÂ
- Set up, clean, and maintain Selective Solder equipment per scheduleÂ
- Maintain close attention to detail when working with small electrical componentsÂ
- Test circuit boards and troubleshoot issuesÂ
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Â

- Regular exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and potentially hazardous chemicalsÂ

Requirements
Education / Training
- High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Experience with soldering and electrical components preferredÂ
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manualsÂ
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondenceÂ
- Effective verbal communication skillsÂ
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle variable situationsÂ
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructionsÂ
- Work independently with limited supervisionÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordÂ
Travel Requirements
- Minimal travel requiredÂ
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit and use hands to handle small partsÂ
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsÂ
- Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focusÂ
