Description

Basic Function: Assist in a variety of human resource support duties.


Principal Accountabilities:

1. Coordinate Recruiting process; receive and track employment applications, process prescreens and reference checks when requested

2. Gather and process any required documentation including I9 documentation, Licensure, Proof of Qualifications etc.

3. Manage New Hire Orientation; onboarding communication of policies, benefits, employee handbook, and enrollment forms completion follow-up

4. Maintain employee information in the HRIS

5. Manage LENS program

6. Manage Employee Health program

7. Manage HRSA website- including loan repayment verifications, open positions, etc

8. Coordinate benefit administration; enroll, cancel and reconcile benefit invoices monthly

9. Coordinate payroll operations which include entering data changes for employees, reviewing and processing timecard verifications using the electronic timecard system

10. Ensure that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures

11. Responsible for effectively maintaining and reporting human resource information, policies and procedures

12. Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly

13. Attend and participate in meetings as required

14. Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of employee information

15. Assist with and promote all processes associated with the Coleman initiative

16. Promoting Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives

17. Other duties and responsibilities as may be requested by your supervisor or management

Requirements

Knowledge/ Education Requirements:

A. Associates Degree preferred with 1 – 3 years experience in the HR field, High School Diploma or GED required

B. Verbal and written communication skills, office applications needed

C. Demonstrate proper judgment and decision making skills when necessary

D. Comply with the organizations code of conduct, safety rules and adheres to all company policies

E. Carry out job responsibilities in an ethical, effective and professional manner

F. Must be willing and demonstrate the ability to cooperate, work, and communicate with coworkers and supervisors

G. Must have strong analytical skills, computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Payroll software experience
