Customer Assistance Representative
National Bank is accepting applications for a full-time Customer Assistance Representative for our Customer Assistance Center located in Pulaski, Va. Applicants should possess a friendly demeanor, motivated work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The successful candidate will develop a working knowledge of the Customer Assistance Department while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities include:
• Answer all incoming calls and resolving customer inquiriesÂ
• Provide customer service for all eBanking services
• Assist with other departmental functions including, but not limited to, account file maintenance, processing returned mail, address changes, and other duties as assigned.
• Develop knowledge regarding bank products and services
Critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask are a must. Knowledge and capability to use Microsoft Word and Excel software programs are preferred.
