Job DetailsJob Location: 1700 EDUCATION AVE - PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $15.85 - $17.10 HourlyJob Category: Facilities Responsible for the cleanliness of office space and common areas that include the interior and exterior.   Works throughout the Punta Gorda campus, is not assigned exclusively to one area.  Assists with the receiving, delivery and stocking of supplies.   Works with a variety of cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe manner.  Utilizes provided safety equipment and supplies.  Works with and around other staff members.  Works around patients.   Benefits Dental, vision, health, and life insurance.  Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employer sponsored contribution to Health Savings Account (HSA), with qualifying insurance plan. Paid Time Off (PTO).  11 paid holidays. 403b Retirement Plan, with 9% employer contribution for those who meet eligibility requirements.  Tuition reimbursement, Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible, and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) loan repayment eligible for qualifying staff.  Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.  Valid FL drivers’ license, insurance, and safe driving record. CBHC New Hire Orientation (NHO) completed within first two (2) months of employment. Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures. Ability to use a computer. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in collaboration with other community partners. Ability to manage stressful situations and display appropriate work demeanor and boundaries. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.  Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to demonstrate flexibility in various work projects Ability to understand instructions. Ability to maintain patient and agency confidentiality. Respects the importance attached to discretion and confidentiality.  Has a teamwork approach.  Safety oriented.
