Job DetailsJob Location: 1700 EDUCATION AVE - PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950Education Level: Graduate DegreeSalary Range: $62,146.00 - $66,328.00 Salary/year Develop, manage, and maintain all services at Northside Psychiatric and DeSoto Psychiatric. Service components include:  Assessment Service coordination Skills coaching Psychotherapy for patients and their families. Services are family-centered and provided in the office, schools, homes, and other community settings Supervisory responsibilities:  Ensure the program meets all internal and external standards Ensure timely clinical assessment  and other services for program consumers Responsible for meeting a minimal direct service standard Monitoring program budget Managing and monitoring staff and program compliance with internal and external standards. Providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals and case managers Providing clinical services as needed Cooperating with agency staff and external customers Interacting with the community on behalf of the program   What We Offer Competitive salary. Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree(s)  from  an accredited  college  or university with major coursework  in Psychology,  Forensic  Psychology,  Mental  Health  Counseling,  or  related  field FL  license  as  a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Mental Health Counselor Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a clinical setting, with at least one (1) year supervisory experience Must possess knowledge of Florida Baker Act Law  Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.  Valid FL drivers’ license, insurance, and safe driving record.  Licensure, certification, registration are current including continuing education requirements. CBHC New Hire Orientation (NHO) completed within first two (2) months of employment.  Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.  Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in all driving conditions. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.  Ability to manage personnel, plan programs, manage budget and work with other members of the management team Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures. Ability to use a computer. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in collaboration with other community partners. Ability to manage stressful situations and display appropriate work demeanor and boundaries. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.  Strong oral and written communication skills.
