Job DetailsJob Location: FL, Punta Gorda - Charlotte Correctional Institution - PUNTA GORDA, FL 33955Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: Associate's DegreeJob Shift: EveningJob Category: Nursing Professional & SupportCenturion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections.  We are currently seeking a full time Evening Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Charlotte Correctional Institution located in Punta Gorda,  Florida.  The Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs. Shift -Monday – Friday 3PM – 11:30 PM Qualifications•    Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required  •    Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required •    Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening •    Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) •    Supervisory experience preferred  •    Corrections experience preferred  •    Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...
