Visits include Start of Care Assessments, Wound Care/ Medication Management and Infusions. Private Duty,LTC,Commercial Insurance and Work Comp Patients.

Requirements

Must have prior Home Care in Home Visit Experience and at least 1 year of Nursing Experience

Valid FL Registered Nursing License

Valid LPN License

At least 1 year of Home Care Experience

EVV- Kantime Software

Spanish Speaking a plus

Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
