The Foreman will lead a team of electricians, coordinating tasks and resources to meet project deadlines and client specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and direct a team of electricians on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. - Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to team members, optimizing workflow and resource allocation. - Inspect and evaluate work in progress and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards. - Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance. - Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours, providing reports as needed. - Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the course of a project. - Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. - Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition and report any deficiencies. - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, promoting a safe and productive work environment.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role. - Proven track record of managing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical systems.
