The primary aim is to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and client expectations. The role involves managing a team of electricians, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. - Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to client deadlines. - Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. - Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship. - Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables. - Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution. - Maintain accurate records of project progress, team performance, and any incidents or deviations from plans. - Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team. - Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or GED required. Experience: - Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred. - Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the electrical industry. - Extensive experience in electrical service work, including troubleshooting and repair. - Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of electricians effectively. - Experience in coordinating project schedules and ensuring adherence to industry standards and client expectations.
