We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Center Service Manager to lead our service department, enhance operational performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Oversee all service center operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability

·       Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff

·       Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback

·       Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive business growth

·       Manage service schedules, workflow, and quality control to optimize operations

·       Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies

·       Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and revenue

·       Oversee inventory management and vendor relationships for parts and supplies

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.

·       Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, repair processes, and industry standards

·       Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

·       Strong customer service and communication abilities

·       Proficiency in service management software and business operations
