What You’ll Do: As an Hourly Automotive Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while delivering quality workmanship in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role is ideal for technicians looking to continue developing their skills while working with a supportive team that values growth, integrity, and teamwork.

Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
Complete multi-point inspections and recommend needed services.
Accurately document repairs and findings.
Work with advisors and parts to keep repairs moving efficiently.
Follow safety standards and manufacturer procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Automotive Technician experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take coaching
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform the physical demands of the role
Strong work ethic
Basic mechanical aptitude (schooling or experience a plus)
Dependable attendance and positive attitude
Bonus points if you can drive a manual transmission
