Gemini is looking for a motivated and dependable Team Lead I to support daily building operations, provide leadership to team members, and help drive productivity, quality, and safety. Purpose Statement

To support the goals and vision of Gemini, Inc. through leading and optimizing daily production activities to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This role involves coordinating staffing and scheduling, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal performance. The Team Lead will cultivate leadership within the team, foster a collaborative environment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. By effectively communicating across departments and making informed decisions, the Team Lead contributes to the overall success and profitability of the organization.

Operational Excellence:
1. Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee daily production requirements, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost, in collaboration with other leads and supervisors.
2. Supportive Staffing & Scheduling Coordination: Collaborate with team members to assist in coordinating staffing needs, managing schedules, and determining overtime requirements.

Qualifications – Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED
Experience in leading and facilitating team meetings, providing updates, and fostering collaboration.
Experience leading projects intended to engage and empower team members.
3 or more years’ experience in production environment preferred.
Technical understanding of processes in the scope of the lead position preferred.
