Step into a leadership role at one of our busy Dripping Springs or Belterra locations! We're looking for a Salon Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring out the best in a team. Earn $26–$45+ per hour plus bonuses, with PTO, paid holidays, and medical, dental, and vision insurance included. You'll set the pace, drive results, and build a salon culture people are proud to be part of. A current Texas cosmetology or barber license is required.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
