Requirements

Responsibilities:

Process initial contract intake
Order titles and conduct initial reviews of reports provided by title examiners.
Track and receive mortgage and lien payoffs, HOA letters, and tax information.
Obtain commission payment information from real estate agents involved in transactions.
Maintain consistent, timely, and professional communication with clients and staff regarding file status.
Engage in phone conversations with clients and promptly respond to emails from clients and staff.
Ensure the system is updated with all relevant email and phone communications.
Escalate any issues affecting closing dates to attorneys or closers.
Drive closing performance, meet closing dates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Collaborate with the title department to resolve title issues.
