As the Run to Target Deployment (RTT) and Sustainment Leader you will play a critical role in the deployment and maintenance of the RTT program within the plant. This role will embed the RTT framework into our long-term ways of working, establish new standards, and build capability across the entire team, shaping our new culture. 

 


Responsibilities

In this role you will: 

  • Own and lead the governance of the “One Best Way” program, setting the strategic direction for operational excellence in partnership with the Plant Director and POD RTT leadership ​
  • Partner with Plant Director and POD RTT leader to incorporate RTT standards and drive alignment on operational priorities ​
  • Integrate RTT methodologies and principles into daily operations, ensuring all processes align with best practices and continuous improvement is embedded as a core value ​
  • Deliver in-plant initiatives and support the development of standards, leveraging guidance from Pod and Sector Leaders to drive RTT principles across the plant ​

Capability Building & Coaching​

  • Build capability within plant by actively coaching team members on processes, standards, and ways of working that drive “One Best Way” ​
  • Empower employees and drive ownership, leading with a coach mindset to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence ​
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring ongoing alignment with RTT standards ​
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across plants and Pods to drive consistency and improvement ​
  • Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all activities adhere to safety standards and RTT principles
  • Lead training programs to teach TPM Processes to Leadership team and Frontline Team
  • Must possess strong financial control skills to support plant efforts in successful cost and capital planning performance.
  • Self-starter with ability to develop strategies in line with an overall business vision.
  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop personnel and strategically plan for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization (from operators to Vice President level) and have the ability to influence others across multiple levels of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree is required
  • 5+ years of Food & Beverage Manufacturing (TPM or Lean manufacturing experience preferred)
  • 1+ years of processing and packing equipment knowledge to effectively lead technical resources to successfully maintain production line equipment to achieve high levels of productivity.
  • Technical understanding of food / beverage manufacturing processes and compliance requirements preferred
  • Ability to work off shifts as needed/directed
  • Ability to travel is required
