Job Description

• Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running
• Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper
• Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation
• Recycle old/discarded plates
• Provide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operation
• Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recycling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates

Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11pm to 7am

Hourly Rate: $16.50

Shift Premium: $3 per hour

Sign on Bonus: $1000

Disclosure: 

The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $16.56 / hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include [a sign-on bonus of $1000,] overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. Qualifications

• Requires basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials learned through on the job training
• Ability to follow instructions to assist in press set up, operation and maintenance
• Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms
