Job DetailsJob Location: Q Office - Quantico, VA 22134Education Level: Bachelor's Degree*This position is contingent on contract award* \Job purpose The Videographer designs, records, edits, and integrates instructional multimedia for CSCDEP, EWSDEP, and ECDEP courseware, outreach, and delivery through the MarineNet and MOODLE learning ecosystem. Duties and responsibilities Design, develop and integrate multimedia elements and products in curriculum course materials. Capture and edit video and audio, and work with Adobe products to integrate interactive multimedia elements. Conduct research for appropriate video/audio clips, and photographs from the Marine Corps Audio/Visual (A/V) Repository and other Marine Corps agencies. Develop computer-based learning products using HTML5 and later products. Provide multimedia products to course directors in the development of their course material. Develop multimedia that supports instructional validity and technical performance for asynchronous, self-paced delivery via MOODLE/MarineNet. Develop multimedia for marketing and outreach programs in support of CDET and MCU. Capture and edit video of speakers at MCU for delivery to DPME students through the ELearning Ecosystem (MarineNet, LMS Etc.). QualificationsQualifications An Associate's degree and two (2) additional years' experience, may be substituted if the professional lacks a Bachelor's degree. Demonstrated proficiency with professional video production, audio recording, editing, multimedia development, and instructional-media workflows.   Education Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Film Production, Communications, Multimedia, Visual Communications, Instructional Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field. Years of Relative Work Experience: Five (5) years of professional experience in video production and multimedia development. Experience planning, filming, editing, and delivering professional video products. Experience producing instructional or educational media. Clearance: Minimum Tier 1 background investigation and Government-access eligibility are required; an active Secret clearance is required before supporting classified events or tasks.
