Summary:

Professional Solutions1, LLC (ProSol) is seeking a Business Operations Support Program Analyst to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Office of Communications and Congressional Affairs (OCCA).  The candidate will provide Program Analyst Support services to the office of OCCA, supporting the leadership business operations.   Work will be performed on site at Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Support tasks associated with office management, and all activities associated with supporting the OCCA Chief and the OCCA management personnel. 
  • Provide project management support with planning; scheduling; compiling briefing materials; meeting management; and note taking and editing.
  •  Serves as a liaison with other DCSA organizations and external agencies for OCCA Senior leadership and management.
  • Responsible for facilitating the planning and execution of staff meetings, assigned off-site meetings and engagements, or events that support OCCA’s mission and strategic goals as requested by the OCCA Chief. 

 Knowledge and Skills:

All contractor support shall have the knowledge and functional capability to proficiently operate: 

  • Microsoft Office Products, including but not limited to, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Project, Access, Power BI, etc. or the applicable software of record for the agency.
  • Adobe Suite, including but not limited to, Acrobat Design, Adobe, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Premier, etc. or the applicable software of record for the agency.
  • SharePoint, Service Now and/or other task management systems. Or other designated software required to successfully perform the duties this task order requires. 
  • Shall possess excellent professional verbal and written communication skills and provide well-written, articulate responses to compliance issues.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • The substitution of a bachelor’s degree is allowable with four years of related work experience in addition to four years of experience. 

 

Clearance:

  • Secret security clearance/eligibility determination based on a favorably adjudicated T3 or T3R eligibility.

Workdays: Monday-Friday
 

Business hours: 8-hour days 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Travel: TBD
