About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join us.Ā 

Ā 

Duties and Responsibilities: Primary contract support person to the Contractor Program Manager. Provides support for engagement coordination duties such as maintaining time reports; generating and reconciling invoices; preparing burn reports, cost estimates, contract modifications, project schedules, and other deliverables as needed and as required. Serves as a member of various task management teams and applies a comprehensive and in-depth working knowledge of financial/business concepts and contract management practices.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of progressive and intensive experience in coordinating engagements for the contracting firm with at least one (1) year of relevant experience in a position with duties commensurate to those defined in this section.The PC L3 must have working knowledge of Federal acquisition laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Skilled in the use of Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint. Prior experience serving in a similar role.

Clearance Requirements:This position requires the person(s) to be eligible and adjudicated to TS/SCI clearance level at contract start.
