CWS seeks a Program Manager (PM) Lead to manage and lead the AFNCR Network Infrastructure Support SETA services contract to provide a full range of functional and technical services - within the LE/CI and Cybersecurity environment, to include but not limited to performance and consulting in project management, engineering, onsite technical support, critical infrastructure integration with existing or newly developed systems to support HQ AFOSI and the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3). Successful candidate will lead team of subject matter experts to support the government and interface and perform technical and programmatic liaison support across DC3 and its partner agencies.


The PM Lead will manage delivery of specialized technical support to enhance the customer's ability to investigate and prevent criminal and foreign malicious activity, and to protect Department of the Air Force (DAF) resources and personnel. These technical support services include research, development, test & evaluation; program integration; strategy, budget and policy development / integration; systems engineering, technical advisory, and compliance and analysis support. Our services will focus on cyber operations and investigations.


Specific Task Areas to lead and manage include:

-Cyber Support

-Mission and Enterprise Support

-Information Technology Service Desk

-Application Management & Development Support

-Program Management Activities

Qualifications
  • Master's degree and ten (10) years of relevant technical experience. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree plus 8 additional years of work experience (combined 18 years of experience) may be considered.
  • Experience with CI investigations and operations in the cyber domain.
  • Experience as an effective manager, leader and communicator.
  • Experience fully integrating a team into a customer environment to create a seamless Government-Contractor team.


Clearance
  • Must have fully adjudicated Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.


Other
  • Work Location: Must be available to government customers at both Quantico, VA (primary site) and Linthicum, MD. Hybrid work arrangement is possible as long as government customer's requirements are satisfied.
