We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide senior leadership and day-to-day direction for a complex, multi-team enterprise IT services effort. Serves as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders and is accountable for delivering high-quality IT services on schedule, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. Responsible for organizing personnel, processes, and performance to meet service levels; aligning priorities across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and application support; and delivering required plans, reports, and deliverables on schedule while maintaining strong stakeholder communications.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.*

Responsibilities:

  • Leads overall program execution, including staffing, scheduling, and quality control, to meet program performance and quality standards.
  • Manages a consistent program governance cadence, including regular reviews, rigorous deliverable tracking, and prompt escalation of risks or issues.
  • Coordinates with government stakeholders and mission partners to ensure program activities are aligned with expectations and to maintain open communication.
  • Ensures compliance with all contract guidelines (including non-personal services requirements) and effectively manages contractor personnel to uphold high performance and professional standards.
  • Oversees continuity of operations by facilitating smooth onboarding for new team members and filling vacancies promptly to maintain uninterrupted support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience: 10+ years IT program management (DoD/Federal preferred).
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred); equivalent experience considered.
  • Clearance Requirements: Must have active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
  • Certification Requirements: PMP (preferred) and/or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
  • Some travel may be required for role.
  • Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role: Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills; expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid) and IT governance; ability to manage full project life cycles, including risk and performance management, and ensure contract compliance.
