Full-Time Help Needed for the Grounds Crew at QPRC

This Full-Time position, working with our Grounds Crew, is ideal for someone who is looking to be active and spend a lot of time outdoors!

The hours consist of Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm and some on call hours during the winter.

Compensation: Dependent upon experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Mowing, trimming, blowing, or cutting grass, shrubbery and minor tree trimming.
Landscaping responsibilities such as mulching, weeding, plantings, cleaning out, etc.
Caring for and maintenance of all the fountains around the site.
Regularly cleaning and sweeping off outside entrances, patios, gazebo’s, etc.
Assist the Facility Services Department during snow removal process and safely operate both small and large equipment (i.e., snow blowers, Bobcat, salt spreaders, etc.).
Basic maintenance tasks as assigned (i.e., moving furniture, event set ups, etc.)

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must possess a valid PA Driver's License
Mechanically inclined
Strong customer service skills
Enjoys being outside
Able to work alone or as part of a team
