Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Assist in providing medical insight
Work in an increasingly autonomous role
Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care
Provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring the medical systems
Participate in team meetings andprovide medically related in-services to program staff.
Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.) Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements.
All LPN must meet the following minimum requirements:
NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Preferred Qualification Requirements (desired requirements beyond MQRs above)
Med/Surg experience
Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population
Compensation:
- Salary is up to 55000 USD annually
Schedule:
M-F 10a-6p
