Are you passionate about recovery and committed to helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change? We're seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Residential Addictions Case Manager to join our team at our Men's Stabilization/Rehabilitation Residence in Queensbury, NY.

In this role, you'll provide hands-on support and substance use disorder case management services to men as they work toward stability, recovery, and successful reintegration into the community.

Position Details

Location: Men's Stabilization/Rehabilitation Residence 68 Quaker Rd, Queensbury, NY 12804

Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, or
  • 1:00 PM–9:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Residential Addictions Case Manager, you will:

  • Provide stabilization and rehabilitation-focused substance use disorder case management services in a residential setting.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with residents while providing encouragement, structure, and support throughout their recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with the treatment team to identify and address each resident's individual needs.
  • Monitor residents for medical, mental health, safety, and security concerns and respond appropriately.
  • Monitor and support residents with medication schedules while following all program policies and procedures.
  • Assist new residents with the admission process, including orientation to program rules, expectations, and regulations.
  • Help maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused residential environment.
  • Communicate important resident needs and concerns with the treatment team.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and follow all applicable OASAS and Agency rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful operation of the residence.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a residential recovery environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • CASAC-T, CASAC-P, or CASAC credential
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Valid New York State Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Minimum Associate's Degree in:
    • Human Services
    • Social Work
    • Chemical Dependency Counseling
    • Or a related field
