As a Ride Operations Supervisor, you鈥檒l lead a high-energy team that delivers safe, smooth, and unforgettable ride experiences for our Guests. You鈥檒l oversee day-to-day ride operations, staffing, training, safety audits, and quality control while fostering a strong, positive team culture. Responsibilities:
What You Will Be Doing
路 Lead and train Ride Operations Team Members and Leads through orientation, hands-on instruction, and ongoing coaching, with a constant focus on safe, consistent operational practices.
路 Deliver exceptional Guest Service while enforcing safe behavior in queues, platforms, and boarding areas, confidently resolving Guest concerns while maintaining a calm and secure environment.
路 Step in as needed to operate rides or support staffing gaps, ensuring every procedure, check, and cycle is performed according to safety standards.
路 Conduct frequent safety, service, and facility audits to verify that ride areas, team procedures, and Guest interactions meet all operational and safety requirements.
路 Oversee daily ride inspections and ensure accurate completion of downtime logs, safety checklists, and other required documentation.
路 Reinforce a strong, proactive safety culture by modeling proper procedures, addressing unsafe actions immediately, and ensuring 100% compliance throughout the team.
路 Provide clear feedback, coach team members, and document performance or disciplinary actions鈥攅specially when related to safety lapses or operational risk.
路 Collaborate with Operations leadership to execute departmental goals, quickly respond to safety-related needs, and support continuous improvement across ride operations.
路 Serve as a high-energy motivator who celebrates wins, lifts the team鈥檚 spirit, and creates a supportive, positive environment where every team member feels valued, encouraged, and confident.
路 Perform all other duties as assigned or necessary to support the resort as a whole.

Qualifications:
What You Will Need
路 Must be at least 18 years old.
路 Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
路 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
路 Ability to work at heights of up to 192 feet.
路 Strong communication skills and comfort speaking to large groups of Guests.
路 Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
路 Demonstrated leadership ability with a team-first mindset.
路 Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and a proactive work approach.
路 A history of successful performance within Six Flags or other leadership roles.
路 Valid Driver鈥檚 License, with ability to obtain a Park Driver鈥檚 License.
