Responsibilities:
What You Will Be Doing
- Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch, and trimming and edging around flower beds, walks, and walls
- Mow and edge lawns, using power mowers and weed whackers.
- Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, and shrubs
How You Will Do It
- Prune, trim, and remove trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Trim and pick flowers, and clean flowerbeds.
- Transport décor throughout the park
- Water lawns, trees, and plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.
- Transport team members and equipment to job sites
- Comply with all Great Escape Resort policies and procedures
- Assist Guests with general questions as well as any other guest concerns
- Operate in a safe manner while utilizing proper PPE
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members
- Follow all delegated tasks assigned by supervisors and/or other members of management
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:
What You Will Need
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time, as well as often lift and carry 50 pounds
- Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State, and facility labor laws and guidelines
- Must be a team player
