Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the selection, training, and daily performance of all employees within assigned area, to ensure that Guest-First Service and Safety Policies are being followed at all time.
- Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operation of assigned Food Service outlets to produce maximum revenues while keeping costs within budgeted guidelines.
- Assume department "in-charge" duties as assigned by senior management.
- Play key role in the utilization of key financial instruments such as inventory and labor software
- Enforce Safety, Health and Security rules
- Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specific level
- Cleaning and Organizing of all food service locations front and back of the house
- Make sure all locations are up to Department of Health Standards and are maintained at all times
- Handle all guest concerns quickly, professionally and effectively
- Other duties as assigned by Management

Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in the Food Service field, preferably in the Entertainment/Hospitality Industry
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to work well independently, without close supervision
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to detail and not losing sight of deadlines and objectives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel and Word)
- Valid New York State Driver’s License, and a clear driving record
