Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Account Executive with strong closing experience to join a high-performance sales team. This is a fully remote sales role ideal for professionals who excel at converting qualified leads into paying customers, managing the full sales cycle, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
You’ll work closely with inbound and outbound teams, handling product demos, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident in high-ticket closing.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle—from discovery calls to closing deals
- Conduct product demos and presentations for qualified prospects
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with SDRs and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product positioning
- 4+ years of experience in a closing role (Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar)
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Ability to run effective discovery calls and product demos
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset in a remote setup
