Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations and sales processes for high-value properties in Dubai.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline.
- Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio.
- Build strong relationships and provide consultative selling approach.
- Provide expert market analysis and advise clients on property investments.
- Stay informed of real estate trends and legal regulations affecting the market.
- Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
- Minimum 3 years of proven real estate brokerage experience, preferably in a major city or competitive market.
- A track record of successful property transactions, particularly high-value deals.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
