Directs: Suppression/Fire Alarm/ Backflow/ & Sprinkler System Service Technicians

Job Details

Job Overview:

• Hiring/Firing of service techs, office staff
• Responsible for issuing disciplinary notices and employees warnings
• Coordinate assistance on larger chargers requiring 2 people
• Assist Service techs with suppression recharges
• Assist with coordination of trouble calls - ensure to properly dispatch
• Monitor/Call past due accts
• Review status orders monthly
• Site Visits
• Distribute recall and technical notices
• Work with sales on flow, efficiency and pricing
• Assist with Start-Up certification for new projects
• Conduct employee reviews for reports
• Be available in the absence of service technicians, to respond to service calls on a 24/7 basis, unless leave is pre-scheduled

Job Requirements:

• NICET III "Fire Alarm" & "Special Hazards"
• May be asked to periodically attend trainings sessions and conferences
