Founded in 1899, the Vantage group employs over 900 staff in multiple locations across the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.   Requirements We are searching for a candidate with: Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA etc.)  Must be mechanically inclined Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)  Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings  Must be willing to be cross trained Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)  Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) will be a plus    Duties and Responsibilities A typical day may include:  Build hardware kits and assemblies per work orders. Step in to assist other departments during a typical work week. Ability to lift and move parts as needed (<50 lbs). Display average coordination on a continuous basis while performing job tasks. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Be open to change and consistent improvement of processes. Maintain an organized work area.
