Quincy Credit Union is looking for a friendly, organized Member Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members at our branch. You’ll greet and assist members, direct them to appropriate departments, handle safe deposit access, process mail, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and sign in membersÂ
- Direct members based on their needsÂ
- Assist with teller transactions and member requestsÂ
- Manage safe deposit box access and billingÂ
- Process and distribute incoming mailÂ
- Monitor and order branch supplies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or admin experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
